Before you join ... We are rather unusual in that we have a limited number of appointment days- Tuesday mornings and Thursdays all day. For the rest of the time we are open access. That means if you turn up between the published times we will see you. Over the years this system has been highly valued by our patients ; there is no arguing with receptionists over getting an appointment, in fact you don't even have to ring, just come along. However it does mean that the surgeries can be very busy and there can be a long wait to be seen. Repeatedly over the years we have polled our patients and with rare exception they want us to keep things as they are. We also get very high satisfaction ratings in the patient survey because of this.
