The Corinthian
The Corinthian Club houses several private dining rooms ideally suited for dinners and events. Tucked away between the ground and first floors the Laird's Room offers an intimate space for dining, seating 8 to 10 guests on a boardroom style table. This room is equipped with a 60" flat screen TV with the option to add in various media such as games consoles and laptops, ideal for integrated presentations and dining with added entertainment. Private Parkers 1 and 2 located on the first floor, overlooking Ingram Street, can each seat up to 16 guests. Alternatively these spaces can be combined to accommodate a maximum of 32 guests for a private lunch or dinner, perfect for intimate celebrations, client entertaining and special occasions.Festive Celebrations Taking place in the Langley, Mercer and Hempel rooms on the second and third floor of the venue, our festive celebrations offer the full party package.

Amber Regent
The main restaurant boasts plush decor and elegant surroundings which are complimented by a range of quality oil paintings of Hong Kong and China Scenes by Stewart Vernon, one of the Glasgow's current elite artists. Amber Regent are culinary specialist in sea-food and widely known for Sea Bass, Halibut, Lobster and Crayfish dishes. Some of the house specialties are Aromatic Crispy Lamb, Sliced Venison in Mandarin Sauce, Fillet of Beef in Oyster Sauce and Barbecued Shredded Duck with colourful Chinese Vegetables. Full menu's are available for you to download. The restaurant is ideally located for Theatres, Shopping and Cinemas and provides an early evening promotion menu. A La Carte is served every day, 12.00 noon until late. Business lunches are available 12.00 noon until 2.15pm Monday to Friday and until 4pm on Saturdays. We are open Sunday 5pm until 10pm.
