ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The company is run by the most dishonest business owner I have ever met, as first time landlords using a let management contract with them it has been an upsetting and distressing time for us over christmas. Their problem is money, in that they keep it and don't give it to who it is contractually entitled to. Perhaps they should consider changing their company slogan: 'we provide the best service possible to transform this stress into an exciting and memorable experience'. I would find it more appropriate if they changed it to 'we provide the best service possible to transform an exciting and memorable experience into a stressful one' Avoid this business like the plague. I often wonder if there are more of us customers on their books in this situation, I feel sorry for everyone affected. If you are considering renting or buying through them, DON'T!!
