Providing activities to keep the mind and body active, including yoga, dancing, computer classes, foreign language courses, extend exercises, hairdressing and chiropody. You must be a member to benefit from chiropody, computer lessons and hairdressing. Please call for an appointment. Downstairs is the Riverside Retreat Café which is open to everyone for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.

About the Borough Spelthorne has a population of approximately 90,000 people, covering some 20 square miles. The main areas are Ashford, Shepperton, Staines, Stanwell and Sunbury. The area comprises 65% Green Belt and 30% of the total area is either floodplain or reservoir. The River Thames forms much of the Borough boundary. Spelthorne and the River Thames has a rich and varied history dating back to pre-civilisation. If you want to know more, many archaelogical artefacts that have been found locally over the years are now on display at the Spelthorne Museum (who kindly gave us permission to use a number of their photographs). Early history Spelthorne's early history was defined by the River Thames, which was formed approximately 12,000 years ago at the end of the last ice age.

So easy from beginning to end. Lots of designs , colours and finishes to choose from , Cheryl was really quick and efficient with the measuring and the fitters were so skilled , quiet and tidy I hardly knew they were there. Definitely worth the money and lovely to deal with such pleasant people.

I have eaten at this restaurant twice and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of food avaliable from chinese to pizzas that are made for you whilst you wait and for £12.99 you cant complain at all when it comes to value for money!
