We do not ask for any deposit, payment is on completion of the job. We are all aware of cowboys builders that prey on the misinformed - that is why we offer a genuine survey and written quotation at no extra cost to the customer, in which we explain what will be involved when replacing roofline. All quotes are done by Roger Smith or his sons, not by a high-pressure salesman. We do not use sub-contractors, we employ our staff directly. All are trained by us and as an approved installer for LB Plastics our fitters are both trained at their international headquarters in Derbyshire and in-house.
