Our mission is to help people with dyslexia in Scotland to reach their full potential.
To make that happen, we have set three clear goals:
provide high quality services to people with dyslexia
influence change at a national level
support our network of branches, members and partners
Our services
We support people affected by dyslexia, and campaign on their behalf, in many different ways. Whether through the national helpline, access to experienced tutors, our Adult Network, our network of local branches, conferences, training, road shows or via our website, we raise awareness, support dyslexic people and campaign for change.
Making change happen
We campaign for recognition and change and work with a range of stakeholders to raise awareness and to ensure best practice. We also support dyslexia research, projects and initiatives.
Willie and his team of Chefs work together with his wife Margo and a dedicated front of house team strive to make your experience at the restaurant one which you will remember
Since taking over the restaurant Let's Eat in October 2005, Deans @ Let's Eat has become Perth's favourite. Its warm atmosphere along with Traditional Scottish food cooked in an exciting Modern way explains it all.
Our menu includes the best that Scotland has to offer from fresh vegetables to Prime Scotch Beef. Fresh Fish and Seafood, delivered daily, provides our Customers with the exquisite taste of the country's coast.
Seasonally available dishes, including Lamb and Venison are prepared with all the attention and care needed to achieve Supreme texture and taste.
The restaurant seats 65 guests with a welcoming sofa area to enjoy a Cocktail or Aperitif, followed by a meal cooked fresh to order in the relaxed and comfortable restaurant. Our aim is to provide the best, and all that we can do.
63 Tay Street is a first venture for Graeme Pallister, a chef whose local roots have led him to work previously in renowned local restaurants after time spent in Southern England and Jersey.
The restaurant by day is light and airy with a contemporary feel to the space. In the evenings for diner the atmosphere is relaxed and sophisticated.
Restaurant dining is provided 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday. Lunch is served 12:00pm-2:00pm and dinner is served 6:30-9:00. We have the ability to hire the restaurant for private functions on a Sunday or Monday.
We use produce sourced both locally and from fine suppliers a little further afield combined with a strong emphasis on seasonality.
The wine list is extensive and features many new world wines and fair amount of older classics. Many of the wines are sourced from small producers with limited output.
