Local company R H Hughes, originally concentrated on carpet and floor covering fitting and worked closely with Linney Cooper, after the latter company was established in Colwyn Bay, North Wales, to provide a high quality service. In the mid 1960?s, the two companies came together to form one company, offering a complete service to commercial and private customers alike, and from these roots the very successful company of today has developed. Linney Cooper has managed to stay at the top of the tree year after year which has required a large amount of effort, by providing an unbeatable quality service, at competitive prices.
