We have extensive experience in the selling of a wide range of property types throughout the south-east. Most sales staff are full time employees who are carefully selected to suit the target market and area profile. Comprehensive marketing plans are to adhere to the agreed budgets, and are implemented in a carefully structured way to maximise interest and capitalise on the key selling periods of the year. We have been collating house-price data for land acquisition for 15 years now and are constantly monitoring the more active areas, which means that we can accurately assess the value of a scheme within a short period of time. By examining local markets we are then able to advise on the optimum accommodation types and spatial standards for individual locations.
Before the registration process begins we warmly invite parents to come and visit the School either through the twice-yearly Saturday open days or the more regular Wednesday School at Work mornings. These take place most Wednesday mornings (0920-1100) and the Headmaster leads these tours. The tour ends with refreshments and a question and answer session. Admission to Orley Farm School is by assessment. Our principal point of entry is 4+ into Reception. The assessments for these children take place in the January of the year of entry registration for this must have taken place by the preceding 7th November (eg those applying for a place in the school in September 2011 must be registered by 7th November 2010).
