We have over 20,000 members of all shapes and sizes, ages and backgrounds. Why not come along and experience it for yourself? Itâ??s for everyone - we divide our classes into three groups - blue for beginners, red for intermediates and green for advanced. Whichever you join, you can be sure that youâ??ll enjoy an entertaining workout with people with a similar level of fitness. Itâ??s effective - the encouragement and knowledge of your instructor means a varied, different workout every week. Itâ??s outdoor - your instructor will use the particular terrain of your local park to help deliver a fresh, natural fitness high.
