I heard of this shop through a friend who gave me a business card and recommended it highly. I am quite happy to review this wonderful shop. I rang prior to bringing my desktop pc in for a check-up as it was running like a snail. I spoke to a man called Phil who was very polite and helpful, I asked him if it was ok for me to bring my pc in for a check-up on that day. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately after turning the computer on; It needed a ram upgrade. I am not technologically minded in the slightest but he explained what ram was and how it functioned within the system. I left my pc there and it was ready for collection the following afternoon, the price was under the quoted amount and the service was perfect. I now a happy customer and I highly recommend this shop and will not go anywhere else.
