Under no circumstances use this company.Ordered doors from them everything is extra.Came with wrong glass/wrong handles/wrong letter box. Water poured in thro letter box and draught came in thro the door and facing which was about 5mm.promised to come and sort out problem had us waiting in for days but never showed up.You will not get them on the phone easy and no address.When they did come with new glass we were given dogs abuse And they even tried to take the glass back out the door by pushing me into the hall,only stopping when I told them this was private property and told wife to phone police,on leaving they they left threats that they would be back to get me so be warned

Steven White had a door fitted by home improvements and they forgot to put a letterbox and spy hole on which was on the order.They have given various times to come and repair it but didnt turn up. They dont seem to want to do repairs after taking your money.

Porch built by premium home improvements in december 2010. By march 2011 the roof was leaking & despite daily phone calls to John & Robert there is still water coming in. Promises are made that someone will come to repair it but this never happens.the roof now needs replaced but no one is prepared to do the work. Once they have received the money after sales service does not exist.
