    Fratelli Sarti

In 1992, the brothers Sandro and Piero Sarti with their good friend Gerry O'Donnell opened the first of their Fratelli Sarti and alimentari in Wellington Street, Glasgow. Its doors were no sooner open that it became the talking point of the city and the benchmark of many good restaurants today. The idea was easy, bring together the quality and simplicity of their Cucina Toscana from the mountains of Garfagnana and the wonderful Mediterranean seafood from Versilia and Liguria. Our policy is to use only the best ingredients and to this day we import all our Prosciutto di Parma, Virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 24 month old Parmiggiano Reggiano and much more direct from Italy.
