Pets 'N' Vets - Glasgow veterinary centres contain the very latest modern surgical facilities and are fully computerised. When a client enters the Veterinary Centre at Pollokshaws he or she will find a bright waiting-room and reception area, which are controlled by our receptionists Mairi and Dot. Here your details and those of your pet will be recorded on to our database and an appointment arranged with one of the veterinary surgeons or veterinary nurses. There are two consulting rooms and veterinary appointments run every morning from 9.00 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and then from 4.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m. On Saturday appointments are fom 9.00 a.m. until 12.30 p.m., and on Sunday from 10.30 a.m. until 12 noon. In addition to the appointments with our veterinary surgeons we also arrange special appointments with our nursing staff to cover such matters as behaviour, special diets, and instructions for home nursing for your pets.
The Malletsheugh Inn
Top-class service, friendly staff and quality eating and dining are our main priorities. Food is served daily from 12 until 9pm in both our restaurant and lounge, with our CARVERY priced at GBP6.00 and selected starters and desserts at GBP1.00 each when purchased with a main course carvery. Carvery is served ALL DAY EVERY DAY as well as a small A La Carte Menu and the menus can be seen from the menus on the left of this page. We have a large Function Room and Conference Facilities, which can cater for up to 150 people. Sporting Events are shown on our many large screen TV's and we have Live Entertainment every Weekend. Guests can choose to relax with inviting sofas in the lounge and explore a range of wines spirits and cocktails. Families are welcome until 8pm, we have a playroom (parental supervision required), including a bouncy castle in an enclosed garden, where families can relax together.
