I would highly recommend anyone wanting to do a hot air balloon trip not to use this company. I booked a flight in January 2006 for my husbands birthday and due to cancellations over 25 in 3 years due to weather we have still not taken the trip,I have been refused a refund and now been cancelled with a list of poor excuses as to why. Have reported to trading standards and tey are helping me to start court proceedings to get money back. Please don't fall foul of the same problem. Ticket initially valid for 1 year but only fly for 6 months of that year! They seem very charming when they want your money but if they can't get you on a flight it's just tough luck your money is theirs for keeps! BEWARE
