Clerk Maxwell Cancer Research Fund
Cancer is the scourge of our time. Every year around 26,000 Scots are diagnosed and this figure continues to rise. Leading oncologists and radiologists working in Scotland highlight substantial underfunding in the area in which this Fund focuses - new medical applications derived from the range of the electromagnetic spectrum, predicted by the great Scottish physicist James Clerk Maxwell. There are pressing needs for small scale grants to fund seed-corn research projects like those already supported by CMCRF, as well as larger sums to fund clinical trials.

avoid this dealership at all costs if you are thinking of purchasing a mini,i bought one,it broke down twice then needed a new engine after less than 600 miles since purchase.manager john mckinstry simply not interested and was refused a refund.have not even had a courtesy call or at least an apology for all the problems ive had with the vehicle despite it being a cherished mini.take your money elsewhere.

used this business before. moved into present house and went back for a quote for a full renevation.quote very reasonable work done to a high standard.all tradesmen (plumbers...tilers...plasterer...electrician etc) all very pleasant any mess was cleaned up.boss and office staff were very helpful with any questions asked.

Visited TimeTwisters with my two kids (age 10 & 4) at the weekend. We'd never been before, and it was really good! So much better than I expected from a soft play centre - very clean, helpful staff, and really good food. I'd initially thought we'd just staff for an hour to get the kids running about, but ended up staying for lunch as well with the kids playing for nearly two hours. Based on the amount of fun my kids had we'll definately be going back soon.
