I say.......awful awful company. Bought my other half a photo session via WHSmiths and they directed her to Risbeys: what a huge mistake. Very unprofessional and money grabbing: ask for funds upfront before single photo taken to contribute towards cost of output (this is standard it seems, but without knowing what choices would be made AFTER photos) - why ??? Family run, but you are not made to feel important valued: this operation is all about the money.....EACH appointment she was waiting ages to be seen - poor ciustomer service Although the photo shoot went well, the tactics at the photo review meeting afterwards (to persuade you to buy their photos/merchandise) was very second hand car salesish (apologies to reputable second hand car salesmen).......not pleasant: they felt amazed, almost offended, that you didn't want to spend hundreds with them. When it came to getting that money back from them at the end of the process, they were very very awkward and very unprofessional - consistent at least ......do not use this company unless you seek poor service and unprofessional treatment - photos were good, but not worth the price they were charging ........IN MY OPINION
