The most important aspect to leasing a flat is to find a good tenant who will respect your property as his or her own. Therefore, it goes without saying that each prospective tenant will be thoroughly vetted. A full credit check will be carried out as well as references being taken from employers, their banks and also their previous landlords where possible. When a suitable tenant is found we will compile a full inventory and subsequently prepare the lease (The lease can be of any length that yourself and the tenant agree on). Meter readings will be taken on the date of entry. We will also ensure that the gas, electricity & council tax bills are changed into the new tenants names on entry to the property.
