Items that can be accepted on the door, range from Clothes, collectables, Books, Cds DVD's and games, Jigsaws. For larger items such as Furniture select your nearest outlet and give them a ring to arrange a mutually convenient call from one of our vans. * * Collection days vary from day to day within the chain, so not all days are available for each outlet. Due to fuel and staff costs, collections are usually only arranged within a 10 mile radius. Do you have any unwanted good quality furniture? If so then we are happy to collect - all it takes is a phone call to any of our outlets: Our drivers are only able to take other donated items when collecting furniture, however your local outlet will be more than pleased to accept these at the door, or through an organised bag collection from our Stourbridge Outlet. Please be aware that there are legislative guidelines on what we are able to sell, so please do not be offended if we are unable to accept a particular item when we call.
