The Johnston family trade out of seven butcher shops in Central Scotland, Falkirk, Dunfermline and Livingston. They have been buying cattle live at the local Stirling market for many years. Their local knowledge and strong relationships forged with the best local stockmen ensures a supply chain which is second to none. Previous generations of the family helped to establish the Falkirk market and the family are proud of purchasing the first and last beast through the sale ring. Our shop is split into 3 main areas: Retail, Bakery and Boning/Sausage production manufacturing cooked meats. Each of the areas are approximately 1,000 sq.ft. All of our speciallity products are made on-site from our locally sourced stock by our large team of highly experienced and skilled staff which helps make the atmosphere in our shops welcoming and friendly. We stock a large range of unique proucts with home cured bacon, sausages and award winning pies and pastries on offer.
Trattoria Guidi
Established in 1983, Trattoria Guidi is a family owned restaurant ideally located between Glasgow and Edinburgh, close to the town of Airdrie. The restaurant has seating for over 250 people with ample parking at the rear. A separate lounge bar with open fire and soft seating. Wheelchair access from the car park and a separate carry out and deli shop. Guidis we are committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients both locally and from the continent. On our menu you'll find guaranteed grass fed and traditionally matured beef from our butcher, top quality fresh fish including Scottish salmon and fresh Shetland mussels sent direct to us from Aberdeen, and handmade desserts.

dimaggio,s is a lovely,friendly italian restaraunt which is family orientated through the day but is licenced therefore is also suitable for an enjoyable night out.there are tribute nights on a regular basis where your entry and set menu is only 22.50 .the staff are attentive and courteous and the food is top class.the decor is up to date and cosy and provides a really enjoyable night out or family lunch for a very reasonable price.Excellent value

Flowers Plus is a small, well run family business. The staff are friendly and approachable. The service I received was excellent, in terms of the presentation of my flowers, and value for money.
