Hannah Marks said: we went to the Chameleon using a groupon voucher and thought we would get shoved up a corner and given a limited menu - we were so wrong. the staff are very friendly and helpful and our waitress was superb. we really wanted to try the kobe steak but didnt know much about it but she explained how the cattle are reared and what they are fed on - it was to die for, has to be the best steak ive ever tasted. she also helped us out with the desert menu, asking what kind of desert we liked and recommending what would suit us. we had the pineapple tartintan and again we were not disappointed. the restaurant itself is a mixture of mirrors, colour changing lights and comfy seats, not too close to the next table. we had a wonderful night and the food is the best weve had in years. we would definately go there again and recommend it to anyone. 12/1/2011 5:06 PM
