After making my floors the cleanest I have ever seen, she cleaned my counter tops and cabinet faces so well they shined! Afterwards she even helped me with laundry as a courtesy. He used three machines: two rotary and one standard steam cleaning machines. He worked on the carpet for an hour and a half. He deserves five stars for his effort and the results he achieved, although I never had my carpet professionally cleaned. I handle all scheduling, feedback, changes, etc via email which is perfect for me. I don't have to worry about making phone calls, they always respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
