In 2005 to celebrate 25 years in business, Thornton Bros opened our new purpose built site. The largest body shop in the North East of England. Located just off the A189 with easy access from the A1 and the A19.
Built across a 5 acre site we have 40,000 sqft of Body shop with 6 Commercial ovens. On site Fabrication shop, Josam Laser Alignment, Jig systems, steam cleaning and shot blasting facilities.

As we manufacture our own brand of high quality sliding wardrobe doors and internals, we are able to offer a fully bespoke bedroom within a very fast turnaround time without the huge price tag some of our competitors are charging.
