Unesta Ltd was founded by MD Vikram Goyal in 2009. Vikram, soon to be joined by Yomesh Rao (Executive Director) and later by Dina Bhudia (Non Executive Director), had noticed a gap in the UK Market for a professional Property Management Company for India Properties that could do it all from Lettings to Management, and then some, Property Maintenance and Resales. Unesta is the one stop shop for all your requirements with it comes to India Properties. We started out with a few existing clients and delivered quick results and got good references. We gained goodwill by word of mouth. We also gained popularity with our articles in Publications like Asian Voice and Indian Post whereby we offered help and advice on India Properties. Today, Unesta is a well established team based in Baker Street, London, and has a strong client base across UK, US and Africa.
