The bleach pen faded the stain (which was about the size of 4 adult male hands side by side) but also left a spot that was severely discolored from the rest of the carpet. They set up an appointment to come to my house, explained what they would do and provided me with a price. The cleaning was set up according to my schedule and I was advised I would get a phone call confirming a day or two before. The two cleaners arrived on schedule and did an amazing job thoroughly cleaning my house. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so keeping it clean is a challenge. 12/1/2011 10:15 AM
