Pretence is a unique, comfortable and relaxing cafe/wine bar where you are sure of a warm welcome.
Coffees range from a latte and cappuccino to a mocha, macchiato and even a cointreau hot chocolate. Other drinks include homemade smoothies and smoothie cocktails and milk shakes with flavours from chocolate to cherry as well as all the old favourites.
A fully stocked bar with Carling and Grolsh on draught, a selection of bottled beers and 15 wines to choose from Pinot Grigio to Pinot Noir. Tapas are also served to compliment the wines.
With our sun-trapped patio and fully retractable awning we can accommodate up to 140 people for private hire with excellent rates and buffets starting at GBP4.50 per head. Fancy yourself as a budding chef??? Then why not host your own BBQ? You don't even have to clean up the mess afterwards! Not booked your Christmas party yet?
