Terrible- just terrible. I can’t speak for the Christening dress side of things but my personal experience leaves alot to be desired. Ordered my bridesmaid dress, arrived quickly - great I thought, didn’t fit, was miles off infact, couldn’t return, fine we’ll have alterations, Enquired about alterations 2 months later, was told not to bother coming in 'too busy’, went back in a month later, more alterations necessary. Ended up harassing the staff (who you can’t EVER get through to on the phone) and the dress was finally finished 2 days before the wedding. Oh and the alterations were terrible, loops which were being fitted looked nothing like the example, and before i’d even gotten home one of the loops had broken. An horrific experience from start to finish. Ladies stay away!!!!
