With approximately 12,775 homes Wirral Partnership Homes is the largest Registered Social Landlord (RSL) in Wirral and as a not for profit organisation registered by the Housing Corporation.
One of our main aims is to raise all of our homes to the government's decent homes standard by 2010, and we are currently carrying out an ambitious £150 million programme of improvements across our housing stock.
We have forged partnerships with several construction contractors to deliver the improvement programme to create sustainable communities where people want to live at a price they can afford.
