Once seated, your Brazilian style dining experience begins. Guests are given the
chance to relax and enjoy one of their favourite cocktails, make a selection from
our list of handpicked fine wines, or you can head straight over to choose from
our selection ofseasonal salads and side dishes.
The real experience begins as our troop of Passadors (Carvers) move from table
to table, offering over fifteen select cuts of Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken and
Sausages, all slow roasted over our charcoal barbeque and expertly carved at
the table.
15 different types of Beef, Lamb, Chicken and Pork are typically available both Lunch and Dinner , including Cap of Rump, Rump, Sirloin, Flank Steak, Lamb Leg, Pork Ribs, Pork Loin with Parmesan, Smoked Gammon, Chilli Chicken, Herb Chicken Leg, Homemade Brazilian Sausage, Chicken and Bacon and Beef Ribs, all slowly roasted over our charcoal barbeque.
In 1992, the brothers Sandro and Piero Sarti with their good friend Gerry O'Donnell opened the first of their Fratelli Sarti and alimentari in Wellington Street, Glasgow. Its doors were no sooner open that it became the talking point of the city and the benchmark of many good restaurants today.
The idea was easy, bring together the quality and simplicity of their Cucina Toscana from the mountains of Garfagnana and the wonderful Mediterranean seafood from Versilia and Liguria.
Our policy is to use only the best ingredients and to this day we import all our Prosciutto di Parma, Virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 24 month old Parmiggiano Reggiano and much more direct from Italy.
