The main restaurant boasts plush decor and elegant surroundings which are complimented by a range of quality oil paintings of Hong Kong and China Scenes by Stewart Vernon, one of the Glasgow's current elite artists. Amber Regent are culinary specialist in sea-food and widely known for Sea Bass, Halibut, Lobster and Crayfish dishes.
