Business Information
Our 24 rooms are comfortable, warm and well decorated, offering en-suite accommodation and all with television, beverage facilities, direct dial telephone, radio and hair dryer. Room sizes vary and include two large family rooms, as well as some rooms with the provision of sofa beds or cots, simply let us know how many in your party and we will advise you on the best accommodation. Late keys are provided so that you can come and go as you wish.
Our fully licensed restaurant provides meals throughout the day, from a hearty and satisfying British breakfast, to a full three course evening meal. All our meals are prepared using the best ingredients available, locally wherever possible and our menu is inspired and varied. We have vegetarian choices always available.
The bar area is where you can enjoy a late drink with friends, meet other visitors or have a pre-dinner drink. Entertainment is a large part of what makes The Talbot Hotel so very popular, from Jazz nights, Acker Bilke, contemporary entertainers, dinner and a show and so much more, our itinerary is packed throughout the year.
We welcome coach parties, gentlemen’s sporting events and other group occasions, making a late bar available and being on hand to help you with all the planning in advance.
